registration purpose. The adequate security measures will be taken to protect your personal

We do not sell or share any personally identifiable information captured on this portal to any third
party (public/private). Any information provided to this Website will be protected from loss,
misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment for unsuccessful payments. In case you
have made an online payment of fees and money has been deducted from your account without
application number being generated with payment status as
'Payment not completed', please contact : Helpdesk (support-incet@cdac.in) ,
in case the payment is not refunded in 7 working days.
Cancellation Policy
In the case(s), when users have made an online payment towards the registration fees and the money
has been deducted from the user's account without the generation of application number and payment
status is shown as 'Payment not completed', will be considered unsuccessful payment. A refund after
the standard deduction and as per standard rules, will be initiated to the original source of
payment in the cases of unsuccessful payments.
Chargeback Policy
If Service sought by the User in lieu of payment done, has not been provided to the user i.e. in the
event when the payment was successful but the user is unable to view/print/download the Registration
Form which clearly indicates the Payment Status as Successful, user can initiate the chargeback
request.
In such cases, user will write to concerned bank for claiming a refund. The Bank shall carry out the
due diligence for necessary evidence/proof from the user of such successful transaction(s) and will
write to the concerned IPG Service Provider. The IPG Service Provider will subsequently forward such
requests to INDIAN-NAVY and INDIAN-NAVY will check the merit of the claim.
If Refund claim is accepted by INDIAN-NAVY, a refund after the standard deduction and as per
standard rules, will be initiated.
